1 Acceptance of Terms
⚠️ IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY
By accessing, using, or connecting to SoloPool.Com (“the Service”, “the Pool”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Miner”, “you”, “your”) and SoloPool.Com, its owners, operators, affiliates, and successors (collectively “SoloPool”).
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICE.
By connecting your mining equipment to our pool, submitting shares, or otherwise using any aspect of our Service (in any mode — Solo, Prop + Pool, or Solo Split; on any regional endpoint), you:
- Represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
- Confirm that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- Accept ALL RISKS associated with cryptocurrency mining and our Service, across every mode of operation and every regional endpoint described below
- Acknowledge that Solo mining is extremely high risk and most likely will result in no payout
- Acknowledge that Prop + Pool and Solo Split modes carry their own distinct risks, including but not limited to dust-limit loss, offline penalty deweighting, the 48-hour lock on downward ratio changes, and per-region round accounting (see Section 3)
- Acknowledge that your mode is controlled by the stratum password you send, and that misconfiguration is your responsibility
2 Service Description & Modes
SoloPool.Com provides a Bitcoin mining pool service that supports three distinct operational modes, chosen by each user via the stratum password field. Our Service includes:
- Stratum server connectivity for mining operations across multiple regional endpoints
- Real-time mining statistics and monitoring
- Block discovery processing
- Automatic coinbase transaction distribution (98% to miner(s), 2% developer fee)
- Support for multiple Bitcoin networks (Mainnet, Testnet3, Testnet4)
The Three Modes
🎯 Solo Mode — password x or 100
All of your shares attempt to solve a full block for your address alone. If you find a block, 98% of the reward is paid directly to your address via the coinbase transaction. If you never find a block, you receive nothing.
🤝 Prop + Pool Mode — password 0
All of your shares contribute to a shared “proportional” round. Prop + Pool pays out ONLY when a block is discovered through the Prop + Pool round itself — that is, when the winning share came from a miner who routed at least some of their hashpower to the Prop + Pool (either a pure Prop + Pool miner or the Prop + Pool portion of a Solo Split miner). When that happens, 98% of the reward is divided among all Prop + Pool round participants in proportion to the share difficulty each contributed.
BLOCKS FOUND BY A SOLO MODE MINER DO NOT PAY OUT TO PROP + POOL PARTICIPANTS. If another miner on the pool is configured at 100% Solo (password x or 100) and finds a block, 98% of that reward goes to that Solo miner alone. Prop + Pool participants receive nothing from a Solo-found block, even though they were actively mining at the time. This is a fundamental property of how Solo mining works: Solo shares are never pooled, so Solo-found blocks are never shared.
If no Prop + Pool round ever produces a winning block while you are participating, you receive nothing. Individual shares are not payouts; only a Prop-Pool-routed winning share triggers distribution to round contributors. Prop + Pool rounds are kept per regional endpoint — see Section 3.
⚖️ Solo Split Mode — password 1–99
A hybrid of Solo and Prop + Pool. The numeric value you send as the password is the percentage of your shares that attempt Solo; the remainder contributes to the Prop + Pool round.
Each share is routed to exactly one path. A Solo-routed share that finds a block triggers a Solo-style payout (98% to you alone); a Prop-Pool-routed share that finds a block triggers a Prop + Pool distribution (98% divided proportionally among round contributors, which includes you). The share that found the block determines the payout rule, not your overall ratio.
The same rule about Solo-found blocks applies: if your Solo-routed share wins the block, the Prop + Pool round does not pay out, neither to you (for your Prop + Pool contribution) nor to any other Prop + Pool participant. Only Prop-Pool-routed winning shares produce Prop + Pool distributions.
Solo Split is subject to additional operational rules, including the 48-hour lock on ratio decreases and the offline penalty ramp — see Section 11.

Testnet4: stratum+tcp://testnet4.solopool.com:3334
The US and EU Mainnet endpoints are independent regional pools — see Section 3.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any guarantees, regardless of the mode or regional endpoint you operate on.
3 Independent Regional Pools
SoloPool.Com Mainnet is currently served by two independent regional pools, with additional regions planned. Each regional pool runs its own stratifier process, its own bitcoind, and its own Prop + Pool round accounting. The regional pools do not share work, blocks, or rounds.
By using the Service on any regional endpoint, you accept the following operational consequences:
- Each region finds blocks separately. A block found by the US pool pays out only to miners and Prop + Pool round contributors of the US pool at the moment the block was found. A block found by the EU pool pays out only to miners and Prop + Pool round contributors of the EU pool. A miner connected to one region does not share in a block found by another region, regardless of mode.
- Prop + Pool rounds are per region. Your Prop + Pool round contribution accumulates only on the regional endpoint your shares are submitted to. If you are mining via the EU endpoint and the US pool wins a block, the EU round carries forward unchanged and you receive nothing from the US block. The same applies in reverse. There is no cross-region round merge.
- Switching regions does not transfer round contributions. If you reconnect from one regional endpoint to another, your accumulated Prop + Pool round shares on the previous region remain in that region’s round and continue to apply if and when that region’s pool wins a block. Your new region begins from zero round contribution. We do not transfer or merge round contributions across regions.
- Solo mode is regionally agnostic for payout calculation. If you are 100% Solo and find a block on any region, that region’s coinbase transaction pays you 98% of the block reward. You do not need to be connected to a particular region to be eligible for a Solo win — you simply need to have routed the winning share through whichever region you were connected to.
- Solo Split ratio carries across regions; round contributions do not. Your Solo Split percentage is tied to your Bitcoin address (Section 11.1) and applies on every region you connect to. However, the resulting Prop + Pool round contribution is accumulated per region as described above.
- Lifetime statistics are unified. The website displays your combined hashrate, lifetime shares, lifetime accepts/rejects, best-share, and best-ever values across all regions. Only round-payout accounting is per-region.
- Region availability is not guaranteed. Any regional endpoint may become unavailable due to maintenance, hardware failure, network outage, DDoS attack, regulatory action, or any other cause. We are not liable for any loss of round contribution, missed Prop + Pool payouts, or other adverse outcome resulting from regional unavailability.
- Choice of region is yours. We do not direct you to any particular regional endpoint. Selecting a region is your decision and is generally guided by network latency. We are not responsible for advising on region selection.
⚠️ Cross-Region Payout Misunderstanding
A common misunderstanding: a miner sees on the website that “the pool found a block” and expects a Prop + Pool payout. That payout will only occur if (a) the block was found by a Prop-Pool-routed share, AND (b) that share was submitted to the same regional endpoint where you accumulated your round contribution. A US-pool block does not pay EU-pool participants, and vice versa. A Solo-found block on either region does not pay Prop + Pool participants on any region. By using the Service you acknowledge and accept this rule and waive any claim against us based on the expectation of cross-region or cross-mode payout.
4 Extreme Risk Warning (All Modes)
🚨 CRITICAL WARNING — BITCOIN MINING IS EXTREMELY HIGH RISK IN EVERY MODE
NO MINING MODE OFFERED BY SOLOPOOL.COM GUARANTEES A PAYOUT. EVERY MODE CAN RESULT IN COMPLETE LOSS OF YOUR INVESTMENT.
The probability of any payout depends on factors entirely outside our control: your hashrate relative to the total network hashrate, the current network difficulty, the behavior of other miners on the pool, the regional endpoint you connect to, and pure statistical chance. None of these can be guaranteed. You may mine for extended periods — months or years — and receive nothing.
YOU CONNECT TO AND USE THIS SERVICE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK, REGARDLESS OF WHICH MODE OR REGION YOU CHOOSE.
Mode-Specific Risks
🎯 Solo Mode Risks
- Most likely outcome is no payout. Solo mining is lottery-like. Even with significant hashrate, you may never find a block on Bitcoin Mainnet.
- No partial rewards. Close only counts in horseshoes; a high best-share does not pay anything unless you actually find a block.
- No pool-round participation. In pure Solo mode you are not part of the Prop + Pool round, so you receive nothing if other miners on the pool find a block.
🤝 Prop + Pool Mode Risks
- Only Prop-Pool-routed winning shares pay out. Prop + Pool participants receive a distribution only when a block is found by a share that was routed to the Prop + Pool round. BLOCKS FOUND BY A SOLO MODE MINER, OR BY THE SOLO-ROUTED PORTION OF A SOLO SPLIT MINER, DO NOT TRIGGER ANY PROP + POOL PAYOUT. You may see “Pool found a block!” on the statistics page and still receive nothing for that block, because that block belonged entirely to the Solo miner who found it.
- Per-region rounds. A winning share on one region does not pay out the round on a different region. See Section 3.
- A winning Prop-Pool-routed share must actually occur. If no Prop-Pool-routed winning share happens while you are participating, you receive nothing for the round. This may last days, weeks, or months depending on total pool composition and luck.
- Dust-limit loss. Bitcoin’s network rules require coinbase outputs to be at least 546 satoshis. If your proportional share of a round’s 98% falls below that threshold, the output is not included in the block and you receive nothing for that round, even though you contributed shares. This risk is highest for very small miners.
- Offline penalty deweighting. Workers that stop submitting shares are gradually removed from the round accounting (see Section 11). Prolonged offline periods reduce or eliminate your share of any round win.
- Round dilution. Other miners may join or leave the round at any time, which can change your proportional slice before the round concludes.
- Not a guarantee of steady income. Prop + Pool is statistically steadier than Solo but can still produce extended periods with no payouts, especially if the majority of pool hashrate is mining in pure Solo mode during that time.
⚖️ Solo Split Mode Risks
- You accept the risks of both Solo and Prop + Pool modes simultaneously. Each share is routed one way or the other based on your ratio, and both paths carry their own risks described above.
- The winning share determines the payout rule. If your Solo-routed share finds a block, you receive a Solo-style payout (98% to you alone) and the Prop + Pool round does not distribute that block. If your Prop-Pool-routed share finds a block, the Prop + Pool distribution rules apply and you receive your proportional share along with all other round contributors. The overall ratio does not “blend” a single block’s payout — it only determines how shares are routed.
- Solo-found blocks do not reward your Prop + Pool contribution. If you are at 70% Solo / 30% Prop + Pool and your Solo path finds the block, your accumulated 30% Prop + Pool contribution receives nothing from that block. It remains in the round accounting for the next round. This is expected behavior.
- 48-hour lock on ratio decreases. Increasing your Solo % takes effect instantly but starts a 48-hour lock. Any attempt to decrease your Solo % during that lock is silently ignored and your miner continues at the higher Solo %. You have no recourse to force an earlier decrease.
- Round stat reset on allowed decreases. When a decrease is allowed (after the 48-hour lock expires), your current round statistics are reset. Any round contribution you had accumulated before the decrease is lost from the round accounting.
- Highest-wins merge for concurrent workers. If multiple workers under the same Bitcoin address connect with different passwords, the highest (most-Solo) value is applied to the whole address. Workers sending lower values are silently forced to the higher value.
- Pool Share dust risk applies. Your projected Prop + Pool portion is subject to the same 546-satoshi dust limit as pure Prop + Pool mode.
- Per-region rounds apply. Your Solo Split ratio carries across regions, but your Prop + Pool round contribution accumulates only on the region you are submitting to. See Section 3.
Risks That Apply To All Modes
By using SoloPool.Com in any mode and on any regional endpoint, you explicitly acknowledge and assume ALL RISKS including:
- Financial Risk: Complete loss of all mining investment — a possible and, in Solo mode, the most likely outcome
- Probability Risk: You may mine for extended periods without receiving any payout regardless of mode or region
- Technical Risk: Service outages, bugs, errors, or software failures in our pool software, the Bitcoin network, or your own equipment
- Regional Risk: A regional endpoint may become unavailable, causing accumulated round contributions on that region to remain unpaid for extended periods
- Network Risk: Internet issues, DDoS attacks, Bitcoin network disruptions
- Hardware Risk: Equipment failure, damage, overheating, or fire
- Security Risk: Hacking attempts or unauthorized access
- Market Risk: Cryptocurrency price volatility
- Regulatory Risk: Changes in laws affecting cryptocurrency mining
- Electricity Costs: Continuous consumption with no guaranteed return
- Orphaned / Stale Blocks: A block your miner or the pool finds may be reorganized out of the main chain by the Bitcoin network, resulting in no payout
- Misconfiguration Risk: Incorrect Bitcoin address, wrong stratum port, wrong region, wrong password value, or any other user-side error
⚠️ THERE IS NO MODE THAT GUARANTEES PAYOUT
Bitcoin mining rewards are probabilistic. There is NO GUARANTEE you will receive any payout in any mode or on any region. Solo mode is closest to gambling with very low odds; Prop + Pool mode smooths the variance but cannot create payouts where there are none; Solo Split inherits the risks of both.
5 No Warranties or Guarantees
SOLOPOOL.COM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, whether express, implied, or statutory, including:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Warranties of fitness for a particular purpose

- The pool will find blocks during your participation in Prop + Pool or Solo Split mode
- Your Solo Split ratio will be honored exactly as you expect at every moment — the 48-hour lock, the highest-wins merge for concurrent workers, and the offline penalty ramp all may cause your effective ratio to differ from the raw password value
- Your projected payout figures displayed on the Miner Stats or Pool Stats pages are accurate, complete, or predictive of actual outcomes
- Any regional endpoint will remain available for any particular duration
- Any statistics, data, or projections displayed are accurate
- Any defects will be corrected

7 Indemnification
You agree to FULLY INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS SoloPool.Com from:
- All claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses
- Any claims arising from your use of the Service in any mode or on any region
- Your violation of these Terms or any laws
- Any damage caused by your mining activities
- Tax obligations from your mining activities, including any tax treatment implications of Solo vs Prop + Pool vs Solo Split payouts and any cross-region considerations
8 User Responsibilities
You are SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for:
- Wallet Security: Maintaining security of your Bitcoin wallet and keys
- Address Accuracy: Ensuring the correct payout address — we cannot recover funds sent to wrong addresses
- Correct Network: Connecting to the correct stratum port for your intended network (mainnet, testnet3, testnet4)
- Correct Region: Selecting the regional endpoint you intend to mine on. Round contributions accumulate per region; selecting a different region does not transfer or merge prior round contributions.
- Correct Mode: Sending the intended stratum password value for the mode you want (Solo, Prop + Pool, or Solo Split). We are not responsible for mining performed in a mode other than the one you intended because of a typo or misconfiguration.
- Understanding the 48-hour lock: Before increasing your Solo %, understand that you will be unable to decrease it for 48 hours. Plan changes accordingly.
- Worker uptime: If you intend to receive Prop + Pool round payouts, keeping your workers online. Prolonged offline periods reduce or eliminate your share via the offline penalty ramp.
- Equipment: Proper configuration and maintenance of your mining equipment
- Legal Compliance: Ensuring your activities comply with laws in your jurisdiction
- Tax Obligations: All tax liabilities from mining rewards, across all modes and regions
- Understanding Risks: Fully understanding the risks of Solo, Prop + Pool, and Solo Split mining as described in Section 4 before connecting, and the per-region behavior described in Section 3
9 Fees and Payments
💰 Fee Structure
- Developer Fee: 2% of every block reward, applied identically across all modes and all regions. Deducted only when a block is actually found and confirmed.
- Solo Mode: The remaining 98% is paid in full to the block finder’s address. Solo-found blocks never trigger a Prop + Pool distribution.
- Prop + Pool Mode: When a Prop-Pool-routed share wins a block, the remaining 98% is divided among all participants in that region’s current round, proportional to share difficulty contributed and adjusted for offline penalty (Section 11). Prop + Pool participants receive no distribution when a Solo Mode miner (or the Solo-routed portion of a Solo Split miner) finds the block, and rounds do not pay across regions.
- Solo Split Mode: Each block reward is distributed according to which path (Solo or Prop + Pool) produced the winning share, following the rules above. Your Solo Split ratio determines how shares are routed, but the distribution rules of the winning path apply as normal and are not blended.
- Payment Method: Direct coinbase transaction (non-custodial) — we never hold funds.
Fees are non-refundable. Payments are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.
We reserve the right to modify the developer fee at any time, with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a fee change constitutes acceptance.
10 No Pool Wallet — Direct Payouts
💸 Non-Custodial Service
We have no pool wallet. Payouts go directly to your Bitcoin address through the coinbase transaction of the block itself, in every mode, on every region.
- In Solo mode: 98% of the block reward goes to your address.
- In Prop + Pool mode: 98% is divided in the coinbase transaction among all participating miners of the winning round on that region, proportional to contribution.
- In Solo Split mode: the coinbase transaction distribution matches whichever path (Solo or Prop + Pool) found the block, and applies on the region where the winning share was submitted.
- 2% of every block reward goes to the SoloPool developer address via the same coinbase transaction.
- No intermediary wallet, no withdrawal process, no minimum threshold beyond Bitcoin’s network-level 546-satoshi dust limit on individual coinbase outputs.
- No account creation, no KYC, no withdrawal requests — ever.
⚠️ Address Verification Critical
ENSURE YOUR BITCOIN ADDRESS IS CORRECT. Funds sent to an incorrect address in a coinbase transaction are unrecoverable. We have no way to reverse, refund, or reissue payments.
11 Solo Split Operational Rules
This section describes operational rules specific to Solo Split mode and to the Prop + Pool portion of any user’s activity. By mining in any mode other than pure Solo, you accept these rules as part of your agreement with SoloPool.
11.1 Mode is Per Bitcoin Address
Your mode (expressed as a Solo % value from 0 to 100) is tied to your Bitcoin address, not to individual workers and not to a specific region. If multiple workers under the same address connect with different password values, the highest value (the most-Solo one) is applied to the entire address. Workers sending lower values are silently forced to the higher effective Solo %.
11.2 Increases Are Instant
Increasing your Solo % (for example, 25 → 80) takes effect on your next share. Your accumulated Prop + Pool round shares prior to the increase are preserved in the per-region round accounting they were submitted to.
11.3 48-Hour Lock on Decreases
Every increase in Solo % starts a 48-hour lock. During that window, any attempt to decrease your Solo % (including sending a lower password value on reconnect) is silently ignored. Your miner continues to operate at the higher Solo %. No error is returned to your miner; the pool simply does not apply the decrease.
After 48 hours have elapsed since the most recent increase, a decrease is allowed. When a decrease takes effect, your current round statistics (round shares, round best-share, round difficulty) on every region are reset to zero. Any round contribution you had accumulated before the decrease is lost for round-distribution purposes. You are not entitled to compensation, back-credit, or any other remedy for this reset.
11.4 Offline Penalty Ramp
To protect active miners from freeloading by offline or rented hashrate, each worker is subject to an offline penalty ramp:
- 0–4 hours offline: 0% penalty (grace period)
- 4–48 hours offline: penalty ramps from 0% toward 100%
- 48 hours or more offline: 100% penalty — the worker is excluded from Prop + Pool round accounting until it comes back online and its grace period restarts
The penalty is applied automatically at template build time and reduces your effective weight in the Prop + Pool round on the region where the worker most recently submitted shares. You have no recourse to reverse a penalty that was correctly applied based on your worker’s offline time. Penalty values displayed on the Miner Stats page are subject to rounding and caching; the authoritative penalty applied at payout time is the value computed by the pool server at the moment the winning share is submitted.
11.5 Dust Limit
Bitcoin’s network consensus rules require every coinbase transaction output to be at least 546 satoshis. If, at the moment a Prop + Pool or Solo Split round wins on a given region, your computed share of the 98% would produce an output below 546 satoshis:
- That output is not included in the coinbase transaction.
- You receive nothing for that round, even though you contributed shares.
- Your excluded share is not redistributed to you in any later round. It is effectively added to the other miners’ shares or to the developer fee at the time of block construction.
Dust projections are displayed on the Miner Stats page with a “⚠ DUST” warning. You are responsible for monitoring your projected share and for understanding that very small hashrate in pure Prop + Pool mode may regularly fall below the dust threshold.
11.6 Projected Payout Figures Are Estimates
The “If You Find a Block” and “Pool Share” figures displayed on your Miner Stats page are projections based on the current round state and your current Solo Split ratio, computed per region. They are not guarantees. Actual payout amounts are computed at the moment a block is found on a particular region and can differ from displayed projections due to:
- Other miners joining or leaving the round
- Offline penalty changes
- Round stat resets from allowed Solo Split decreases
- Coinbase transaction size or network constraints
- Dust-limit exclusion
- Block orphaning or reorganization
- Software bugs or caching delays in the statistics pipeline
We make no representation that projected figures will equal actual payouts.
11.7 Solo-Found Blocks Do Not Trigger Prop + Pool Payouts
To eliminate any ambiguity: the Prop + Pool round only distributes a block reward when the winning share was routed to the Prop + Pool. If a miner in pure Solo mode — or the Solo-routed portion of a Solo Split miner — finds a block, that block’s coinbase transaction pays 98% to the finder’s address alone (plus the 2% developer fee). No Prop + Pool distribution occurs for that block.
You may observe on the statistics page that “the pool” found a block and still receive no payout, because “the pool” on the statistics page may refer to any miner connected through SoloPool.Com on any region, while Prop + Pool payouts require (a) the block to have been found via a Prop-Pool-routed share specifically, and (b) the share to have been submitted on the same regional endpoint where you accumulated your round contribution. This is not a malfunction; it is the fundamental distinction between Solo mining and Prop + Pool mining, preserved across modes and regions.
Your Prop + Pool round contribution is not lost when a Solo-found block occurs — it remains in the round accounting on its region and continues to apply to that region’s next block. However, if the pool composition is dominated by Solo miners, extended periods may pass in which no Prop-Pool-routed winning share occurs, during which no Prop + Pool distribution will happen regardless of how active the pool overall appears.
11.8 Authoritative Source of Truth
In any dispute about mode, ratio, region, round share, penalty, or payout, the authoritative source of truth is the pool server’s internal state at the time of block construction on the relevant region and the resulting coinbase transaction as recorded on the Bitcoin blockchain. Displayed figures on the website, documentation, FAQs, and third-party tools are for convenience only and are not authoritative.
12 Service Availability
We offer NO GUARANTEE regarding availability, uptime, or reliability in any mode or on any region.
The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, hardware failures, software bugs, network outages, DDoS attacks, natural disasters, or government actions. Outages may occur at any time without notice and may affect one or more regional endpoints independently.
If a regional endpoint is unavailable during an active round, any in-progress round contribution you have accumulated on that region may be lost, delayed, or distributed differently when service resumes. We are not liable for any such loss or distribution outcome.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any individual regional endpoint at any time without notice.
13 Security
We CANNOT GUARANTEE security. No system is completely secure. We are not liable for security breaches, data loss, or unauthorized access to the Service.
Stratum connections are unencrypted by default (industry standard for Bitcoin mining). Passwords sent to the stratum server (including Solo Split ratio values) are not confidential and should not contain any sensitive information beyond the ratio value itself.
14 Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice. Upon termination:
- Pending shares may be forfeited with no compensation.
- Any in-progress Prop + Pool round contributions on any region may be lost.
- No pro-rated refund or partial payout is owed.
15 Privacy and Data
Bitcoin addresses, mining statistics, worker identifiers, regional endpoint usage, and block-finder information are publicly visible on our statistics pages and on the Bitcoin blockchain. By using the Service, you acknowledge that these data points are effectively public.
We do not sell personal information, store private keys, or have access to your wallet funds. We do retain mining statistics for operational and historical purposes.
16 Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time, including but not limited to changes to mode behavior, the developer fee, the offline penalty ramp, the Solo Split 48-hour lock duration, the dust-limit handling rules, and the set of regional endpoints offered. Continued use of the Service after any such modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
17 Dispute Resolution
ARBITRATION AGREEMENT: Any dispute arising from or related to the Service or these Terms — including disputes about mode behavior, regional endpoint behavior, Solo Split ratios, 48-hour lock outcomes, offline penalties, dust-limit exclusions, cross-region payout expectations, or projected vs actual payout amounts — shall be resolved through binding arbitration. Class actions are prohibited. You waive jury trial rights.
⚠️ MAXIMUM RECOVERY CAP
REGARDLESS OF THE OUTCOME OF ANY ARBITRATION, CLAIM, OR PROCEEDING, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED $1.00 USD, IN ANY MODE, ON ANY REGION, FOR ANY REASON.
This cap applies to the sum of all claims you may bring, across all modes (Solo, Prop + Pool, Solo Split), across all regions, across all time, and regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought (contract, tort, statute, or otherwise). By accepting these Terms, you agree that $1.00 USD is the maximum recovery you may obtain from SoloPool.Com for any reason whatsoever. See Section 6 for the full limitation of liability.
18 Force Majeure
We are not liable for failures due to acts of God, war, government actions, power failures, internet outages, pandemics, Bitcoin network forks or chain reorganizations, cryptocurrency exchange failures, regional data-center outages, or any other events outside our reasonable control.
